Many problems are solved there and then — the system, settings, the network, email, printers. When a part is needed or the repair takes longer, we agree the plan and the cost with you before going further.

We tell you the cause and the next step. With your consent we can take the device for further diagnosis, order a part, or advise a replacement when a repair is not worth it. If the data needs laboratory recovery, we tell you how to protect the drive and what kind of service to turn to.

Yes. We set up routers, improve Wi-Fi coverage, find out why the connection keeps dropping and connect network printers. If the problem is on the provider's side, we say so and tell you what to report to their helpline.

Yes: setting up Outlook on a computer and a phone, problems sending or syncing email, Microsoft 365, Teams and OneDrive accounts, moving a mailbox. We only work on accounts you are entitled to — we do not crack passwords or get around security.

Yes. We are an active VAT payer. Companies receive a VAT invoice in the company's name; private clients receive one on request.
