Social media and paid campaign management, end to end
We run company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, and set up Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns for a result that can be counted. One team plans the content, publishes it, runs the ads and shows you every month what a single enquiry or purchase cost.
No commitment. You pay the ad budget straight to the platform from your payment method on the ad account, separately from the fee for our work.

A post every few weeks and a “Boost” button are not marketing yet
In many companies the Facebook page is run by whoever has a moment. Posts arrive in waves and then stop for a month, and ads are started with the “Boost” button under whichever post people happened to like. Money goes out, reach goes up, and nobody can say how many enquiries came of it — because nobody set up anything that would measure it.
We run the profiles and the campaigns as one system. Organic content builds the credibility a customer checks before buying; paid campaigns reach people who have not heard of you yet and come back to those who were close to deciding. The plan, the posts, the ads and the report come from the same team, so we know which material sells and which ad deserves more budget.
What social media management covers
Four parts of one service. You can start with all of it or with the campaigns alone — we agree the scope on the consultation.
Running the profiles
A profile that looks looked after because it is — not refreshed once a quarter whenever somebody finds a moment.
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Profile optimisation: bio, categories, contact details and links
- A publishing schedule agreed in advance
- Copywriting for posts and captions
Content and publishing
Content from your own company, prepared so every platform shows it well. You film, we do the rest.
- A content plan for every month
- Content ideas and pointers on what to film
- Reels and short-form video from your material
- Adapting the material to each platform's format
- Captions, calls to action and hashtags
Paid campaigns
Ads set up for a result that can be counted, not for the “Boost” button and hope.
- Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram
- TikTok Ads
- Audiences and remarketing
- Creative testing, optimisation and scaling
- Budget and cost-per-result control
Analytics and reports
Figures a decision follows from: what to keep, what to switch off and where to move the budget.
- KPIs agreed at the start
- Ongoing results monitoring
- A report with cost per result
- Recommendations for the next period
Content and ads in one monthly cycle
Seven stages on two tracks. The plan, the optimisation and the report are shared by the posts and the campaigns, which is why one team runs them rather than two firms that never talk to each other.
Strategy and goals
Covers: organic content and paid campaigns. What counts as a result — an enquiry, a call, a purchase — who we are talking to and on which platforms.
Content plan
Covers: organic content and paid campaigns. Topics and formats for the month, shared by the posts and the ad creatives.
Preparing the posts
Covers: organic content. Copy, captions and reels from your material, fitted to each platform's format.
Publishing
Covers: organic content. On a schedule you know in advance.
Paid campaigns
Covers: paid campaigns. Campaign structure, audiences, remarketing and creative tests in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Optimisation
Covers: organic content and paid campaigns. Budget and attention go where a result costs least — in the ads and in the content.
Analysis and reporting
Covers: organic content and paid campaigns. A report with cost per result, and decisions for next month that feed back into the strategy.
The report closes one month and opens the next: its conclusions go back into the strategy.
The platforms we work on
We choose them for your customers, not for fashion. Not every company needs TikTok, and not every company has to be on LinkedIn.
Company profiles
- Company page, posts and reels
- Profile, posts, reels and stories
- TikTok
- Profile and short-form video
- Company page and posts for business customers
Paid campaigns
- Meta Ads
- Facebook and Instagram campaigns from one ad account
- TikTok Ads
- Campaigns built on short-form video
Google Ads campaigns are not part of the standard scope. If they make sense for you, we agree that scope individually.
Paid social media campaigns
A campaign is more than a “Boost” button: tracking, structure, audiences, tests and constant control of the cost per result. Every campaign we run looks like this.
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
Ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram: account and conversion-tracking setup, audiences, remarketing, creative tests and cost-per-result control.
- Account and tracking setupThe ad account, permissions and on-site conversion tracking before any campaign starts.
- Audiences and remarketingAudiences chosen for the campaign goal, and a way back to people who have already visited.
- Creative tests and optimisationCreative and message variants compared on cost per result, not on reach.
TikTok Ads
TikTok campaigns built on short-form video: account and tracking setup, goal and audience selection, creative tests, and scaling what delivers results.
- Account and tracking setupThe TikTok ad account, permissions and on-site event tracking.
- Creatives fitted to the formatYour footage prepared for the vertical format and the first seconds that decide whether it is watched.
- Testing and scalingSeveral variants at launch, budget shifted to the ones with the cheapest result.
What running a campaign consists of
Account and tracking setup
The ad account, the pixel and on-site conversion events, so the campaign learns from results rather than clicks.
Campaign structure
Campaigns and ad sets split by goal and by where the customer is in their decision.
Audiences
Audiences built from location, interests and behaviour on your site.
Remarketing
Ads for people who visited the site or watched your content but have not been in touch yet.
Creative tests
Several variants of image, video and copy at once. The one with the cheaper result stays.
Optimisation
Regular reviews: we switch off what does not work and move budget to what does.
Scaling
Budget grows where the cost per result is stable — gradually, so the campaign is not thrown off.
Budget control
Spending limits set in the ad account, and spend checked against the plan as it happens.
Cost per result
What one enquiry, purchase or sign-up cost. That figure decides the next move, not reach.
The ad budget and the management fee are two different amounts
You pay the ad budget to the platform and the fee to us. That way it is always clear how much went on ads and how much on the team's work.
| Question | The client's ad budget | JZ Technology's management fee |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Money paid for showing your ads. | Payment for our work: the plan, the posts, the campaigns, the optimisation and the reports. |
| Where it goes | To the platform — Meta or TikTok — from your payment method on the ad account. | To JZ Technology, against an invoice. |
| Who sets the amount | You do, on our recommendation. You can change it every period. | It is written into the offer before the start, and depends on the number of platforms, posts and campaigns. |
| Where you see it | In the ad account, as it happens, and in every report. | In the offer and on the invoice. |

- The client's ad budget
- Money paid for showing your ads.
- JZ Technology's management fee
- Payment for our work: the plan, the posts, the campaigns, the optimisation and the reports.

- JZ Technology's management fee
- To JZ Technology, against an invoice.
Who sets the amount
- The client's ad budget
- You do, on our recommendation. You can change it every period.
- JZ Technology's management fee

We do not quote prices blind. The fee depends on the number of platforms, posts and campaigns, and you get an ad budget recommendation after the consultation, with the reasoning behind it.
From the first conversation to the first report in seven steps
Every step ends with something you can judge before we move on. The last three repeat every month.
We get to know the company and its goals
We talk about what you sell, to whom, and what should come out of social media: enquiries, calls, purchases or sign-ups.
Outcome: a goal written down as a figure that can be measured.
We review your current channels
We go through the profiles, past posts, the ad accounts and on-site tracking, to see what already works and what is missing.
Outcome: a list of what to keep, what to fix and what to launch.
We draw up the plan
We choose the platforms, topics and formats, split the work between organic content and campaigns, and prepare an ad budget recommendation.
Outcome: a plan and a budget recommendation for you to approve.
We prepare the publishing schedule
A content plan for the first period: what goes out, when and where, and a list of the material worth getting from you.
Outcome: a schedule you see before anything is published.
We launch the campaigns
We set up the ad accounts and tracking, build the campaign structure and launch with several creative variants.
Outcome: campaigns that measure results from day one.
We monitor the results
We keep an eye on spend, cost per result and how people respond — in the ads and in the posts.
Outcome: a quick response when a variant stops paying its way.
We optimise and report
We switch off weak variants, strengthen the ones that work, and report: how much was spent, how many results, what each cost and what changes next.
Outcome: a report with recommendations for the next period.
Who social media management is for
For companies that want to win customers through social media but have nobody in-house to do it. The list below is examples, not a closed list.
- Local service businesses
- Online shops
- B2B companies
- Transport and logistics companies
- Medical practices and clinics
- Retail and store chains
- Companies without an in-house marketer
- Companies whose IT we already run
One partner for social media, the website and the technology
A campaign ends on a website, in a form and in a salesperson's inbox. We build those too, so nobody has to coordinate several firms to turn an ad into an enquiry.
Website and landing page
A campaign ends on a website. If the site is slow or the form is broken, the budget goes nowhere — we build or fix the site and the landing page ourselves.
Tracking and analytics
The pixel, the conversion events and on-site analytics are set up by the same team that later reads the report.
CRM and automation
Enquiries from forms and ads can go straight into the CRM or a salesperson's inbox, without being retyped by hand.
The company's IT
Domain, email, accounts and access in order, because we run companies' IT too. One contact when a problem sits where the ads meet the technology.
We do not replace every supplier. We do not do photo shoots or professional video production — we work with your material and say plainly when something is worth handing to a specialist.
We report results, not likes
We do not promise a number of leads, a ROAS or sales before the start — nobody honest knows that before a campaign runs. We promise you will know what a result cost and what we are changing next.
- A result that can be measured
- At the start we agree what we count: enquiries, calls, purchases, sign-ups. Reach and likes are background, not the goal.
- Every złoty visible
- The report shows how much budget was spent and on what, campaign by campaign.
- Full access to the ad accounts
- You can see into the ad accounts at any time.
- A regular report
- We agree the rhythm at the start — monthly, for example. Every report ends with a list of changes for the next period.
- No vanity metrics
- We do not report figures just because they are going up. If something is not working, the report says so.
Questions about social media management and paid campaigns
It depends on the scope: how many platforms, how many posts a month, whether we also run paid campaigns and how many, and how much of the material you prepare yourselves. That is why we do not publish a price list of packages. After a free consultation and a look at your channels we prepare an offer in which the scope and the service fee are written down before anything starts. The ad budget is a separate line, which we agree together.
No. They are two separate lines. The ad budget is the money paid for ad delivery, and it goes to the platform — Meta or TikTok — from your payment method on the ad account. The service fee pays for our work: the plan, publishing, setting up and running the campaigns, optimisation and reports. That way the ad account shows every złoty spent on ads, and the offer shows what the work costs.
We run paid campaigns in Meta Ads — Facebook and Instagram — and in TikTok Ads. We run company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Google Ads campaigns are discussed case by case: if search makes more sense for you than social media, we will say so on the consultation.
Yes, and it is often the best choice: footage of your company, your team and your work is more credible than stock photography. We suggest what is worth filming, adapt the material to each platform's format, write the captions and publish. We do not do professional video production or photo shoots — if a campaign needs one, we say so plainly and help you plan what to commission.
Yes. We run Facebook and Instagram campaigns in Meta Ads: we set up the ad account and on-site conversion tracking, build the campaign structure and audiences, set up remarketing, test creatives and move budget to where a result costs least.
Yes. We build TikTok Ads campaigns on short, vertical video — including footage you record yourselves. We set up the account and tracking, launch with several variants and scale the ones with the lowest cost per result. On the consultation we also tell you whether TikTok suits your customers at all.
Yes. If you run the profiles yourselves, or someone else does, we can take on the paid campaigns alone: setup, management, optimisation and reporting. We then agree where the creatives come from and who owns the organic content, so the campaigns and the profile speak with one voice.
Yes, and in that arrangement each half works for the other: the posts show which content holds people's attention, and the campaigns put that content in front of people who could become customers. One team plans the content and the budget, so what the ads teach goes into the next content plan instead of a drawer.
At the start we agree what counts as a result: a form enquiry, a call, a purchase, a sign-up. The report shows how many of those the campaigns and posts produced, what each one cost, how much budget was spent and what we are changing next period. We agree the reporting rhythm together — monthly, for example. You have access to the ad accounts throughout, so every figure in the report can be checked at the source.
We do not quote a single figure, because it depends on the goal, the industry, the geographic reach and what a new customer is worth to you. A starting budget has to let the platform gather enough data to compare variants and draw conclusions — a small budget spread across many campaigns answers no question at all. We prepare a budget recommendation for the first period after the consultation and a look at your channels, and the decision is yours.
Let's talk about your social media
On a free consultation we look at where your customers are today, what already works and where it is worth starting. No commitment — after the call you get a proposed scope and an ad budget recommendation.
