A predictable process, zero surprises
Three tracks: ongoing IT support for a company in seven steps, the full project process for software and websites, and a fast service track for breakdowns.
Ongoing IT support — 7 steps
From the first conversation to ongoing care of your IT environment. Each step ends with something concrete in your hands, and the scope and response times go into a written SLA.
Initial consultation
A short, free conversation about how IT works in your company today: what gets in the way, what worries you and what you expect from an external IT department. No slide deck, no obligation.
You get: You know whether and how we can help, and what happens next.
IT audit and infrastructure review
We review the environment: computers, accounts, Microsoft 365, the network, backups and security settings. Remotely, and on site where needed. It is a review of configuration and risk, not an inspection of your staff.
You get: An honest picture of your IT: what works, what is a risk, and what needs attention first.
Findings and recommendations
We go through the results in the language of decisions, not technology: which risks are serious, what can wait and what needs doing now. Recommendations come in writing, ranked by their impact on the business.
You get: A written summary of the risks and a proposed order of work.
Proposal and SLA
Based on the audit we propose a scope of support, a plan and a fixed monthly fee. The SLA sets out severity levels, response times and how problems are reported, so both sides know what to hold each other to.
You get: An agreement with a clear scope, fee and response times.
Onboarding and documentation
We take over access, tidy up accounts and administrative credentials, and switch on monitoring and backup oversight to the extent agreed in the contract. Everything is written down: devices, licences, network, access, vendors.
You get: A documented environment with monitoring running, from the first weeks.
Ongoing support and monitoring
Your staff report problems through one channel and we resolve them under the SLA. Updates, backups, check-ups and monitoring run in the background, and you hear from us when something needs a decision.
You get: IT that works in the background, and one partner accountable for all of it.
Continuous improvement
Knowing the company from the inside, we see where time is lost to manual work: data retyped between systems, reports stitched together in spreadsheets. That is when we propose an automation, an integration or a small application, and say plainly when it would not pay off.
You get: Improvement proposals with the reasoning, and the decision always yours.
Project track — software and websites
For software, applications and websites — including the ones we build for the companies whose IT we run day to day.
Initial conversation
A free, no-commitment conversation about the problem and the goal. No jargon, no sales pressure.
You get: an initial read on feasibility and whether the project makes sense.
Requirements analysis
We pin down scope, priorities and constraints. For bigger projects — a workshop or a series of short calls.
You get: written requirements and success criteria.
Scope & proposal
We propose the approach, timeline and budget. Larger work is split into stages with separate estimates.
You get: a written proposal with scope and a cost range.
Design & architecture
We design the system structure, data model and key flows. For websites — also the layout and visual direction.
You get: an architecture and design to approve before any code is written.
Implementation
We build in stages with regular clickable releases. You see progress in a working product, not in reports.
You get: access to a test environment and the repository.
Testing & quality
Automated and manual tests, a security-configuration review, performance and accessibility fixes.
You get: a test report and a list of checks performed.
Deployment
We set up the production environment, domains, monitoring and backups. Zero-downtime where possible.
You get: a working product and deployment documentation.
Maintenance & growth
After launch: monitoring, fixes and new features. The support arrangement is agreed explicitly — from ad-hoc to ongoing.
You get: clear post-launch support terms.
Service track — breakdowns and support
For service requests time matters most, so the process is shorter and maximally concrete.
Describe the problem
By phone, email or the form — in your own words, no terminology needed.
Diagnosis
Remote first; when needed, we schedule a visit. Before anything costs money, you know why.
Repair
Repair, configuration or replacement — after you approve the scope and cost.
Verification
We check together that everything works — including things related to the fault.
Recommendations
You get a short summary: what was done and what is worth doing so the problem does not come back.
Sound reasonable?
This is what working with us actually looks like. Try it on a first conversation about IT in your company, on your own project or on your first service request.
