Microsoft 365 with someone actually administering it
We roll out, migrate and administer Microsoft 365 for companies day to day: accounts, licences, mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and the security basics — with one team that knows your setup.
Most companies already have Microsoft 365. Fewer have someone responsible for it. Licences were bought as needs came up, mailboxes of former staff still exist, SharePoint sharing was set by whoever needed it at the time, and multi-factor authentication is "on the list". It all works — until the first compromised account, or the first invoice for licences nobody uses.
We take over Microsoft 365 administration as part of your external IT department, or as a standalone service. We tidy up the tenant — accounts, groups, licences and permissions — configure Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive around how the company actually works, and set the security baseline in Microsoft Entra ID. If mail still lives on an old server or with another provider, we plan and run the migration on a schedule that does not stop work.
We work remotely for companies across Poland; on site, in and around Bydgoszcz, when it is worth walking the office with the staff. Every change is documented, and you remain the owners of the tenant, the domains and the data.
What the service covers
Tenant administration
Day-to-day running of Microsoft 365: accounts and groups opened and closed in step with hiring, licences matched to the actual headcount, permissions reflecting roles rather than the company's history. Separate admin accounts and a review of who can change what.
- Accounts, groups and permissions
- Licences and their regular review
- User onboarding and offboarding
- Documentation of the tenant configuration
Migration to Microsoft 365
Moving mail, calendars and files from an old server, another provider or Google Workspace: a plan, domain configuration, a pilot on a few accounts, the switch-over outside working hours, and the old environment kept readable until you confirm nothing is missing.
- Migration plan and domain configuration
- Mailbox migration to Exchange Online
- File migration to SharePoint and OneDrive
- Staff support on switch-over day
Mail, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
Services configured around how the company works: shared mailboxes and distribution groups, Teams teams and channels with a clear structure, SharePoint sites with sharing kept in order, and OneDrive as the place for working files rather than each employee's private archive.
Security baseline
The settings without which Microsoft 365 stays wide open: multi-factor authentication for everyone, basic conditional access rules in Microsoft Entra ID, legacy sign-in protocols switched off, an external sharing policy and the audit log turned on. We document the configuration so it can be checked and maintained.
- MFA for every account
- Conditional access basics
- Sharing policy and audit log
- Separate, secured admin accounts
User support and training basics
Staff have somewhere to ask about mail, Teams or sharing, and get an answer from someone who knows your tenant. After a rollout or migration we run short introduction sessions for the team and leave simple how-to notes for the most common tasks.
Typical situations
Licences were bought "quickly" over the years, and today nobody knows what the company pays each month, or for what.
The mailbox of someone who left is still receiving mail from clients — and nobody reads it.
The company is moving off an old mail server or Google Workspace and is worried about switch-over day.
A client or an insurer asks about MFA, and the only person with it switched on is the owner.
What you can count on
- A tenant in order: every account has an owner, licences match the number of people, and sharing and groups correspond to roles in the company.
- MFA on every account and a documented security baseline in Microsoft Entra ID — there to be checked and maintained, not only switched on.
- A migration with a plan, a pilot and a way back: on Monday, staff open their mail the way they always have, just in a new place.
- A team that knows where to take a Microsoft 365 question, and simple how-to notes for the most common tasks.

Questions about this service
Yes — it is the most common starting point. We begin with a review: accounts, licences, permissions, sharing and security settings. We write down what we found and tidy up step by step, starting with what is urgent — former employees' accounts, missing MFA, licences with no user. Nothing is rebuilt from scratch unless there is a reason to.
We plan a migration so nobody has to notice it: a pilot on a few accounts first, then the rest is moved and the domain switched outside working hours. The old environment stays readable until you confirm everything is there. Every stage has a written plan and a way back, and staff get support on switch-over day.
Both. In ongoing IT support for companies, Microsoft 365 administration is one of the six areas we look after under one agreement. If you already have someone for computers and the network but lack Microsoft 365 expertise, we can take on just that area — a rollout, a migration or day-to-day administration.
Yes. We also support Google Workspace — accounts, mail, shared drives and the security basics — and run migrations in either direction. We do not push a platform change if the current one works; we do say plainly when moving to Microsoft 365 would simplify licensing, security or integrations.

A security review and the basics put in place: MFA, endpoint protection, backups, access control, hardening of Microsoft 365 and the network, and a plan for an incident. Not a penetration test, and no certification claims.
Automation and integrations
We replace copying data between systems, manual reports and retyping documents with scripts and integrations that run on their own.
Let's talk about your Microsoft 365
We start with a short review of the tenant: accounts, licences, sharing and security settings. You get a list of what we would change first, and the scope and fee in writing — whether it is a migration, a one-off clean-up or ongoing administration. The conversation commits you to nothing.
